Brian ! Thank you soooo much for getting back to me, you've just made my day, I'm a happy bunny! My birthday was great, I don't know about the food, but the wine was lovley! London is brilliant, although I am originally from Cologne in Germany. But I guess after living here for about 12 years now, I can safely say I feel at home here! I noticed you really know your way around here don't you! I never knew about this mobile phone thing in the club's,did that actually happen to you? Well, I have just finished watching the Lexx, they are showing it here at the moment on channel 5 , really late on a monday night, wich is a bit annoying if you have to get up early, but I usually stay up for it anyway! Thanx again Brian! Bye, Bye and good night Lagan

Krin, who has been treating you disrespectfully?
Has someone been giving you trouble? Message me if you want to, and if you wish I'll keep it confidential. You'll have my word on that.

To tw:
"Slamming a person that these people do not know, holding such a grudge against this person and defaming her on a public message board, no one considering you were not telling the whole story whatever your motivations (I have a gut feeling that you did not tell the whole truth and after looking into the matter am satisfied that this is so), that made me feel as if I had to speak up no mater how unpopular my thoughts might be."
And that individual's attempts to accuse Brian of being a homosexual in a local gym on his own message board is justified?
Bullshit

Mr. TW:
I've selected bits of your post to comment on:
Brian did not say anything mean ... he said this person was a malevolent stalker. No name calling. Brian is being well mannered considering what it must be like to be stalked. Plus, your friend? Who is he? I dont know him or her or they s why should I believe anything they wrote in a letter sent to you?
Same could be said about yourself sir.
Exactly, how do we know your not the stalker?
Thats kind of a big leap dont you think? After all a few lines down you claim to not be a Friend of Brian's. Arent you kind of jumping the gun a bit on that assumtion? And you know what they say about assuming.
In closing I want to comment on your "investigation". I have NO REASON to believe anything in your post... including your little bit of legal jargon (which is kind of easy to scrape off the net these days). You are quite faceless in my life (and probably the lives of the regulars here) ... So, I ask you
Why should we believe anything you say? Or to quote you:
I agree with this one little sentence. Walking into a forum and spewing legal jargon also does not constitute evidence or the truth.
COMING INTO THIS FORUM AND SAYING THAT YOU CONDUCTED AN "INVESTIGATION" ALSO DOES NOT CONSTITUTE THE TRUTH OR EVIDENCE.
If only I were a mod....

Hey Tim and Jim ! Thanks for catching yet another bit of insanity from that person. I am almost certain that these recent nasty postings all come from the same person. Do you know the old expression about the people like that who deal in crap ?? " She earned a PHD.. Piled Higher and Deeper." Only someone with a shallow life and way too much time on their hands for pure malevolence would do what tw/aussy/jim p./, and whatever comes next, is doing. Makes you wonder if someone that purely mean has any friends. Sad. Anyway, thanks guys for the replies.
Brian
PS: to Krin... no one has ever thought for a second that you were 'aussy'. You are much too kind and caring a person to ever pull that sort of act. Still got the Red Stan doll in my office, by the way.

Brian,
Sorry to hear about this unfortunate lost soul and their former campaign of misery.
The Yahoo group has been deleted. I'm not taking credit - just a messenger trying to send a message.

Hey chatins !!
Thanks for the news update. I can't take credit for the deletion either...never once visited the thing. Heard enough about it though ! Sad to say, but I wouldn't be surprised if the little minds showed up somewhere else in another form. As always in cases like this, there is a ring-leader who infects others with their poison. All we can do is enjoy the things that are good, healthy, and rewarding. Thank heavens there is an abundance of that in here. Let's just continue to enjoy the company of people with a positive outlook, and who exchange enlightening and fun conversation, and who value peace and care over hatred. We are family here.

Thank you for the concern No troubles - I just wanted it clear that it wasn't me sending the disrepectfull messages. I think I am one of a very few Australians on this board and didn't want any confusion. KRin

KRin! I just found your message. At first I didn't see what was wrong, but when I looked again I noticed the spelling was different and than it dawned on me........ I feel terrible, I really didn't mean to offend you! I was refering to somebody called Aussy, who was sending nasty messages. I'm spelling it right now am I? It's amazing the difference a couple of little letters can make! I really hope you can forgive me for this honest mistake? I strongly believe that we are all ONE! LOVE, PEACE and UNITY!! Maybe you can give me some credit for knowing that english is not my first language, everytime I send a message I need to get out my dictionary! I definitely didn't realize what I was writing down there. I'm really sorry!!! Please let me know if you'e ok. Love, Lagan

I know you didn't mean me in the first place. ;D As in your good self, some people do get confused by jargon - I actually loathe the expression Aussie. I must apologize if I sounded a little grumpy - here I was trying to stop confusion and ended up causing more. I am very sorry. If english is not your first language, what is? English is my first language and I still get confused... KRin

Thank you for those kind words.
I seem to have caused more trouble than I intended. I am not offended by anyone and I am sorry to cause any distress in defending myself against something I didn't have to defend myself about in the first place!
I have good news as well today - my job here at the Cancer Council is to be made a permanent one! My trip to Canada is looking closer each day!
