Words aren't enough. Yet another reason for the NRA to just go away. How can those idiots still say that "guns don't kill people, people kill people". That is one of most idiotic statements that the right wing bastards have ever come up with. More people die every month in the USA from guns than were killed in the 9/11 attacks. So sorry your friend had to go that way Shannan. brian

Oh! Shannan how awful. I'm so sorry.
Of course, I have no idea what happened. A death is a tragedy.
There is no blame that can bring her back. Left vs. right is violently simplistic. Politically, I'm anti-bi-bipolar. The way for people to live together is not very articulately described as acting like the middle group of people categorized as conforming to a range from left to right. It takes the left and right wings of a bomber united to rain down death upon us.

Roni Kay's husband(who shot /killed her) is pleading not guilty..
There's no justice in that.. he should get the eletric chair or death sentence..

Last Monday, I went shopping at wal-mart.. I had made Roni Kay a cross with her name on it and I umm tried talking with a manager about if they can hang the cross in tribute/memory for Roni Kay.. They said that was a higher question that will have to go about management..
My guess reasoning behind it was in fact it was a cross.. So I have the cross hanging in my house until I find a special place for it..
I can't believe Wal-mart( where Roni Kay used to work) didn't do anything for her, in memeory I mean.. That's just sad to me...

My condolences, Shannan. But here in my country(in Russia) the government hasn't yet authorized for free sale of guns for simple Citizens, but people all the same die.

I'm sorry for you loss. People from Mexico and south around here put up small shrines they call novenas near where someone died, with flowers candles and pictures of the person who died. It's very touching. It invites the community to mourn together. I'm not really shocked that mal-wart would be impersonal.

I never knew that emoticon meant that. I still feel bad from the period of my life when people around me kept dying, because of age. I can't imagine what it would be like if the people who died had been killed...
Someone argued convincingly to me that depression is often repressed rage. I hope you are not too depressed.
