Your school pictures are cute! You are braver than me with the little blue outfit... All the links work fine. You sound like a VERY busy person. I've spent this last year unbusying myself, got way too scattered. I like the long skirt, and what were you doing with your hair in that picture? I couldn't see it that well.

Hi Fellow Stan Fans, I've made several different kinds of polymer clay canes, for the tips, that will go on my stems, that will go with my Keyeo/Prince costume; I've also made a couple of molds for the tips, I'll be making with the canes. This afternoon, after lunch, I'll be making the tips, using the mold & the canes; then as soon as I make as many tips as I do stems, I'll then bake them & add them to the stems. I'll also add some feathers to make them look authentic. I'll keep you all informed on how this project's going & how to make similiar tips, using polymer clay canes. Stan Fans Unite, Karen

Hi Fellow Stan Fans, I made the tips, from a mold that I made, using Super Flex polymer clay; I then baked them, making sure they didn't burn. I then sanded them, let them dry, polished them, using a rag & glued the 1s that came apart back together; I then strung the stem through the hole, twisted it, added a green wire & twisted it around the stem, folded the stem in half & twisted the bottom, strung the rest through the upper part of the stem & twisted it around. Since some of them broke, I'll be making more tips, then doing the rest; I'll then take some pics of it, add them to a board & some them to you. I'll keep you informed on how this project's going & when I add the pics to a board.
Happy July, Karen

I like your costume, Karen. If I was able to go to DragonCon, we wanted us to dress in our costumes, go down to the Hyatt and sing "Milk Shake" by Feliz

Hi Fellow Stan Fans, I've added some costume pics to both my Sci-Fi Fans board, on my 1st Myspace & my Crafting board on MSN; since others have had some problems getting to my pics on my Crafting board, I've decided to add them to my Sci-Fi Fans board, my 1st Profile & another site (Snapfish). Later on, I'll be adding pics of the arrows & I'll do my best to give you the link before heading to Atlanta, GA. Here's the link to my Sci-Fi Fans board on my 1st Profile: groups.myspace.com/SciFiFans, then scroll to see the 1st 4 pics, then click on View More Pictures & scroll all the way to the bottom, where there are more costume pics; I also added some on my Profile & here's the link: www.myspace.com/KarenLV. I do hope you like them & please let me know what you think; I'll do my best to give you the link before going to the convention. Stan Fans Unite, Karen
