Hi, I haven't read any posts for a long time. So, I hope I'm not missing what was already said. Is there any more info about the play to be had? Is there a script, for example. I found a blog entry from someone who happens to mention that they went to the play, and there are pictures of Trinity (in case Goblin's pictures weren't enough) and a picture of the program: daveandgretta.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html

It took me a couple of years to research the material, and to write the script. The process in Trinity last summer, was a rehearsal/workshop process simultaneously, because there was no time to do both separately. The cast worked very hard, and opening night we got a standing ovation from a full house. By the way... in the blog, the author mentions that the play was about Newfoundland's struggle with the issue of joining confederation with Canada in 1956 - I guess he slept through the body of the play, in which it is clear that the issue is set in the period from 1944 to 1949, and ONLY the opening and closing 'bookends' take us to 1956, when our protagonist is an old, disillusioned man, who has little regret, but a heavy burden... and it is FUN ! brian
