yep, we can even use avatars... very kewl. ;D i'm still trying to decide on one, since i'd rather not use the proboards bart simpson or weird happy faces.  LOL |

Also i like the sense of the knowing that hes actually around to answer our questions, and we are not just sending emails into a huge corporation that has minions to send back phoney messages, i dont see too many places where you get to talk to the man himself
